Pineapple turmeric smoothie

Turmeric Potato Wedges

What you need:

  • 1kg agria potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Organics Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Organics Ground Turmeric
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 230°C and Cut your potatoes into thin wedges.
  2. Place potatoes in a bowl. Add the oil, spices and herbs and toss to combine. Arrange on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until browned, flipping potatoes halfway through for even baking. Once their done, toss with additional sea salt and pepper.

Pineapple Turmeric Smoothie

What you need:

  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp ground turmeric
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

Directions:.

  1. Blend everything together.
  2. Top it with chia seeds and serve chilled.

Golden Milk

What you need:

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Honey or maple syrup, to taste

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, bring milk to boil.
  2. Add turmeric and ginger, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain the prepared Golden Milk into a cup, add sweetener as desired and sprinkle some ground cinnamon for additional taste.
